Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled AI & Machine Learning Engineer to join our growing IT team. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and deploy scalable machine learning models and AI-driven solutions for business applications. You will work closely with data engineers, analysts, and product teams to build intelligent systems that improve automation, decision-making, and product performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, train, and optimize machine learning models for classification, regression, NLP, and computer vision tasks.
• Build end-to-end ML pipelines, including data preprocessing, feature engineering, model training, evaluation, and deployment.
• Integrate AI/ML models into production systems using APIs or microservices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities where AI/ML can improve business operations and product features.
• Analyze large datasets and implement data-driven solutions using Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, and other ML tools.
• Monitor model performance and continuously improve accuracy, reliability, and scalability.
• Work with MLOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD) for model deployment and lifecycle management.
• Stay updated on latest AI/ML research, tools, and industry trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or related field.
• Strong proficiency in Python, including libraries: NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn.
• Hands-on experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar deep learning frameworks.
• Knowledge of NLP, Computer Vision, or Generative AI concepts.
• Experience with REST APIs, microservices, and cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP).
• Familiarity with MLOps, model monitoring, and deployment pipelines.
• Strong mathematical foundation (statistics, probability, linear algebra).
• Ability to work independently and solve complex problems logically.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)

• Experience with LLMs (GPT, LLaMA, etc.) and fine-tuning methods.
• Familiarity with vector databases, embeddings, and RAG pipelines.
• Knowledge of big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop).
• Exposure to DevOps tools and containerization.
